Information we collect
When you sign up for campaign updates, volunteer, request a yard sign, make a contribution, email us, or otherwise contact the campaign, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, ZIP code, volunteer interests and availability, contribution details, issue priorities, and message.
Our website and service providers may also collect basic technical information, including browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, and pages viewed. Our first-party analytics count visits and campaign actions using an anonymous browser identifier. Those analytics do not store names, form contents, IP addresses, or raw user-agent strings.
Public X content
The homepage displays Andrew’s latest public posts from X in a campaign-styled feed. Post media is supplied by X, which may receive basic technical information when an image loads. Clicking a post opens X and is subject to X’s privacy policy.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to requests, coordinate yard-sign delivery and volunteer activity, provide campaign and election updates, process contributions through our payment provider, improve the website, maintain security, comply with law, and support other campaign purposes.
Email and text messages
You may unsubscribe from campaign email using the link in an email or by contacting us. If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of making a contribution or purchase.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with vendors that help operate the campaign, website, messaging, analytics, data storage, compliance, and contribution processing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the campaign or others, or as part of a campaign transition. We do not promise that information submitted online can be kept completely secure.
Retention, children, and changes
We retain information as reasonably needed for campaign, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the campaign’s tools and practices change; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
