Issues & Priorities
Making Indy Safe Again
Andrew is delivering real results to make our communities safer. In his first session at the Statehouse, he co-authored legislation to hold rogue prosecutors accountable, led the charge to crack down on dangerous swatting hoaxes as the House sponsor, and helped pass tougher penalties for violent illegal immigrants—provisions he proudly championed as the “Bad Hombres Act.” He also passed protections to safeguard the privacy of child crime victims. A former Deputy Indiana Attorney General and proudly endorsed by the Indiana State Police Alliance, Andrew is 100% pro-law enforcement and will always back the blue.

Improving Education Quality & Choice
Andrew is a product of school choice—and now he’s delivering it for every Hoosier family. As a member of the House Education Committee, he helped pass universal school choice this session, giving all parents the right to choose the best education for their kids. He’s also supported key reforms to defend parental rights, expand high-quality options, and return classrooms to the basics—reading, math, and critical thinking—while pushing back against political agendas in our schools.

Protecting the Sanctity of Life
Proudly endorsed by Indiana Right to Life, Andrew is committed to protecting life at all stages. As a Deputy Indiana Attorney General, he helped defend Indiana’s pro-life laws. He supports expanding adoption and foster care by cutting red tape, increasing child tax credits, and funding programs like crisis pregnancy centers and Safe Haven Baby Boxes.

Defending Our 2nd Amendment Rights
Andrew doesn’t just talk about defending gun rights—he takes action. Proudly endorsed by the NRA, he has stood firm against any attempt to erode our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. At the Statehouse, Andrew fights to protect Hoosiers’ natural right to self-defense and stop radical anti-gun agendas before they take hold in Indiana.

Protecting Common Sense & Stopping Woke Extremism
Andrew is standing up to radical ideologies trying to infiltrate our schools, government, and taxpayer-funded institutions. This session, he supported legislation to end state-funded DEI programs and led the fight to ban public funding and organizing of obscene performances—including those targeting children. He believes government should reflect common sense, not political agendas, and he’ll keep fighting to protect Hoosier values.

Fixing Our Property Tax System & Reining in Big Government
Andrew is leading the charge for property tax relief. This session, he rallied alongside over 1,000 Hoosiers at the Statehouse to demand reform. He supports a full repeal of property taxes—starting with seniors over 65—so that Hoosiers on fixed incomes aren’t forced out of their homes.

Securing Our Elections
Andrew is steadfast in his commitment to ensuring that every legal vote counts and that our elections remain free from fraud. Recognizing the importance of election integrity, he has supported legislation that enhances voter verification, maintains accurate voter rolls, and protects against interference.

Championing Free Enterprise
Andrew knows prosperity comes from small businesses—not big government. As a board member of the Franklin Township Business Alliance, he’s a strong voice for entrepreneurs. At the Statehouse, he’s fighting to stop politicians from picking winners and losers and to get government out of the way of Indiana’s job creators. That’s why he’s earned the endorsement of leading business groups, including the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and the Indy Chamber.

Imposing Term Limits
Andrew helped make history this year by helping Indiana finally pass a resolution calling for a Constitutional Convention on term limits for Congress. He believes public service should never become a career, and he’s committed to restoring accountability in Washington. That’s why he signed the Term Limits Convention Pledge—and delivering results.
